Siti Construction, registered as Siti and Royal Creations (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number 2015/413305/07), has proudly been serving the South African construction industry since 2015. The company has established a reputation for dependable service, quality workmanship and practical construction solutions across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Our Founder

The company was founded by Mr Meluleki Phakathi, whose unique combination of financial expertise and operational construction experience provides the foundation on which Siti Construction continues to grow.

Mr Phakathi graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a Bachelor of Accounting Science. His professional career began at WBHO, one of South Africa's leading construction companies, where he worked from 2007 until 2020. During this period he progressed from Creditors Supervisor to Project Accountant, gaining extensive experience in project costing, budgeting, contract administration and financial management on major construction projects.

In 2020 he joined Mapitsi Civils as Plant Manager, where he managed heavy construction equipment, fleet maintenance, operators, diesel mechanics and site logistics. This role further strengthened his practical understanding of plant utilisation, equipment maintenance and successful project execution.

Having combined almost twenty years of experience in construction finance, project management and heavy plant operations, Mr Phakathi decided in June 2025 to dedicate his full attention to growing Siti Construction into a trusted construction contractor serving clients throughout South Africa.

Our Fleet & Team

Siti Construction owns a growing fleet of heavy construction machinery supported by experienced full-time equipment operators and qualified heavy-duty diesel mechanics. For larger contracts and specialised projects, additional skilled operators are available to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Today the company proudly provides comprehensive services including Heavy Duty Plant Hire, Earthmoving, Site Preparation and Building Construction. Every project is approached with professionalism, accountability and an unwavering commitment to quality.
